- Any graduate with sales & marketing diploma or
- At least (2) years experience in related field and
sound knowledge of retail chain management

- Manages sales team to achieve target outcomes and supervises closely to sales supervisors’ performance.
- Creates sales plan to reach monthly sales target for assigned retail shops.
- Prepare weekly and monthly subordinate’s performance report, sales analysis report to the Manager.
- Updates product knowledge sales process and customer care by participating in internal training program.
- Solves the customers’ complaint and subordinates’ problems effectively and efficiently as and when required.
- Motivates associate to optimize sales performance and develops sales strategies to achieve sales target.
- Analyses daily, weekly, and monthly sales volume and reports back the Manager with income versus expense statement report.
- Develops presentation formats and materials and prepares sale presentations by collecting data.
